Triumph Super Sprocket

Once in a while, we get a project that’s a whole lot of fun.

We fabricated a set of sprockets for a 1920 Triumph Model H just in time for this year’s Portland Maine to Portland Oregon Motorcycle Cannonball Race.

The 98 year old machine originally had a belt drive system with a bad habit of slipping in the rain. Our custom-made sprockets worked flawlessly for the 3,000 mile run and our client, Paul Warrenfelt, came in first in class, second overall.
